At PHR we believe in showcasing your wonderfully unique personality through what you wear, and love connecting with people who feel the same way. We also believe in fairness, give and take, and earning your way. For this reason our program is designed so that the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it. We are always looking for riders who empower others and embody the same community-minded, kind, slow fashion philosophies we do.

Whether you have 500 or 50k followers, you can help us reach new communities of passionate, authentic riders - and look great while doing it!

Our Program is a great opportunity for existing and potential customers to be a part of our journey and help our homegrown Aussie business grow. We select a limited number of riders depending on the positions we have available. Please read the details below before applying.

Please note: Our Team Rider Program is only open to Australian residents at this time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

  • Create interest and brand awareness by posting PHR related content on your social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc). An example would be posting a photo or video of you wearing our products, encouraging your followers to shop with us. All posts and stories must include a tag or link to The Polished Horse Rider.

  • Engage with our content and posts by liking, commenting, sharing etc.

  • Represent our brand in person at training events and competitions by wearing our products and referring potential customers to our website and social platforms.

  • Demonstrate brand loyalty to PHR by not promoting other apparel brands in any way.

A Team Rider’s main role is to promote our brand, and we want you to inspire confidence in the community. In return for your hard work and support we offer the following perks:

  • Flexibility - post when & what you can. There are no rigid schedules, and you are free to post content that is authentic to you, and best appeals to your community.

  • Exposure & networking - our Program allows participants an opportunity to write reviews, craft social media posts and take photos and videos for inclusion on social media platforms. This is an opportunity to be noticed by different audiences and hopefully allow you to grow your social network.

  • Personal discounts - receive store credit as a welcome gift when you join, then earn discounts in a variety of simple ways such as referring friends, creating social media content, writing reviews and participating in our team challenges and events.

  • Community discount - receive a 15% off code to share with your equestrian community. Team Riders who generate great sales with these codes earn bonuses.

  • Your own rider profile on our website with a photo, bio & links to your social media profile.

  • A rider spotlight feature on our socials. This could be a photo and series of questions answered by you, a video or reel introducing yourself, or a story takeover of our account - the form this takes is mostly up to you.
